  • Objection Date

    You must file your Objection(s) and/or notice of intent to appear at the Final Fairness Hearing so that it is received no later than Monday, July 27, 2026.

  • Opt-Out Date

    Monday, July 27, 2026
    You must complete and mail your written request for exclusion postmarked no later than Monday, July 27, 2026.

  • Final Fairness Hearing

    Thursday, August 20, 2026
    The Final Fairness Hearing is scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET in the Courtroom 2C, Martin Luther King, Jr. Federal Courthouse, 50 Walnut Street, Newark, NJ 07102.
